📋 Description

• Design and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Lead technical design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems • Develop and implement solutions using App Engine, workflow automation and RPA capabilities • Support design and development of portals and user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Provide expertise in core ServiceNow platform development and configuration • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions focused on Now Assist use cases and adoption • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions • Provide technical governance and ensure solution quality, architectural consistency and adherence to ServiceNow best practices • Collaborate with customers, architects, developers and business stakeholders on technical decisions and complex implementation challenges • Advise customers on maximizing the value of their ServiceNow investment

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working with the ServiceNow platform in technical consulting, development, architecture or implementation roles • Strong hands-on experience with integrations and APIs • Strong hands-on experience with RPA / automation • Strong hands-on experience with App Engine • Strong hands-on experience with portal development / user experiences • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow core platform development • Strong understanding of technical governance, development standards and scalable solution design • Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to enterprise workflows • Experience with or strong knowledge of Now Assist implementation and use cases • Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Advanced English • Portuguese fluency
