📋 Description

• Develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work around the world • Drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs • Work as part of a cross-functional team • Present ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals • Collaborate closely with engineering and product management from the beginning of product development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 2+ years of relevant design experience, including internships • Inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions • Experience identifying user needs, creating design solutions, and validating solutions with end users • Experience with design tools for feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions • Growth mindset and willingness to build and extend core discipline skills • Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications • Experience in user experience design or corporate, software, web, or agency industry experience
