📋 Description

• Apply human-centered design principles to software creation • Develop concepts and prototypes for stakeholders • Iterate quickly on designs in a lean, agile environment • Articulate design decisions and diplomatically navigate feedback • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions • Ensure brand and product cohesion by leveraging design systems • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in requirement analysis sessions to understand business and user requirements • Provide technical insights and recommendations during requirements gathering • Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews • Work with Agile teams to deliver software solutions on time and within scope • Adapt to changing priorities and requirements • Conduct testing and debugging for application reliability, security, and performance • Write unit and integration tests and validate feature functionality • Identify and resolve software defects, code smells, and performance bottlenecks • Stay updated with technologies and trends, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Propose innovative solutions to improve performance, security, scalability, and maintainability • Optimize and refactor existing codebases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional work experience in UI, UX, or product design • Experience building user interfaces without the aid of frameworks • Experience delivering designs ready for development • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX and UI design • Working professional proficiency in Figma • Trained eye for typography, color and spacing theory • Practical knowledge of interaction design • Secondary proficiency in Adobe, Affinity, Linearity, or similar • Can contribute to design systems
