📋 Description

• Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team • Own the design and production of mobile game or app deliverables from initial exploration through final delivery • Collaborate with feature owners, project managers, developers, game designers, and other team members to transform creative concepts into production-ready assets • Manage multiple projects while ensuring consistent performance and attention to detail • Ensure final designs meet specifications • Develop efficient processes to facilitate teamwork and communication across departments • Gather and interpret user insights to craft engaging experiences across company products • Design functional and visually appealing features to enhance user experience and satisfaction • Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, and final features

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of commercial Interface Design experience as UI/UX Design Lead in game development • Strong knowledge of UI/UX, including visual design, interaction design, and information architecture • Ability to design mobile game interfaces from scratch • Experience with Figma and Photoshop is required • Experience with Unity is a plus • Strong 2D art and illustration skills • Proficiency in creating clear and aesthetically pleasing icons • Strong knowledge of using animation and effects to enhance the user interface • Russian - C1/higher • English - B1
