📋 Description

• Ejecutar procesos operativos: emisión, renovaciones, cancelaciones y facturación • Gestión de cobro y seguimiento a cartera • Manejo de glosas, PQR y solicitudes de los clientes • Acompañamiento y atención integral al cliente • Coordinación con aseguradoras y proveedores para garantizar correctos servicios • Seguimiento a indicadores y cumplimiento de estándares de servicio

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en ramos de vida, salud, y exequias • Medicina prepagada • Conocimiento en seguros de 3 años • Excelente servicio al cliente • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas • Conocimiento en procesos operativos y comerciales • Excelente capacidad de comunicación y servicio al cliente • Manejo de situaciones sensibles • Organización, análisis y enfoque al detalle • Formación académica: Tecnólogo en adelante
