📋 Description

• Learn and become an expert in Sestek’s Conversational Agentic AI solutions • Analyze customer needs and design best-fit solutions using Sestek products • Work closely with customers’ business and technical teams • Provide consultancy, training, and best-practice guidance for Sestek solutions • Support customers in designing and improving AI assistant conversations and user experiences • Build strong customer relationships to increase product adoption and satisfaction • Assist with critical customer requests and issue escalations • Report customer feedback, product demands, and improvement opportunities to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Turkish • University degree in science or engineering (not a determining factor for this position) • Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis or solution consultancy • Experience in Agentic AI, IT, or contact center technologies is a plus • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools • Experience with process and solution design tools • SQL and API experience is a plus • Knowledge/experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus • Experience in speech technologies, Conversational AI, and/or conversation design • Effective presentation skills are a plus • Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies and changing business needs • Strong can-do attitude and hands-on, solution-oriented approach • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Flexible and collaborative mindset • Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed
