📋 Description
• Design software applications and features in Golang and React • Build distributed architecture and scalable solutions • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design market-winning products • Develop and collect metrics for continuous improvement of existing products • Deliver high-quality, tested features adhering to reporting standards • Lead small development teams as needed to bring projects to market • Mentor engineering teammates and elevate their skills • Partner with Product, Support, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to solve internal and customer problems
🎯 Requirements
• At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience • Experience bringing new ideas and building consensus on the path forward • Experience building and serving REST APIs using Go (preferably) and Java, Python, or a similar language • Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based architecture, with transactional outboxes or queuing tools such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools; comfort leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Experience with SQL-based RDBMS through an ORM tool • Comfort using observability platforms such as Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog • DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with containerized microservice architecture deployed with Kubernetes on AWS • Demonstrated history of delivering commercial APIs and web applications • Record of bringing products to market and prioritizing solutions based on stakeholder/customer feedback
