📋 Description

• Analyze the customer’s technical environment and user experience, and propose improvement recommendations • Stay up to date with technological developments across platforms • Focus on delivering the best customer experience through technology • Handle Level III support tickets • Ensure SGA customers use the most suitable and effective technologies for their environments • Provide customers with technical guidance using the best solutions and technologies • Work closely with customers to help address their real-world challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field • Solid experience working with cloud solutions • Knowledge of cloud architecture • Knowledge of cloud solutions (IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS) from one of the leading cloud providers, particularly Azure • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency • Certifications preferred, ideally Microsoft certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect) • Certification as a Data Architect or Data Engineer for solutions from one of the leading cloud providers (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
