📋 Description
• Analyze the technical environment and the client’s user experience and propose improvement suggestions • Monitor technological developments of the platforms • Maintain a focus on delivering the best client experience through technology • Handle Level III support tickets • Ensure SGA clients are using the most appropriate and effective technologies for their environments.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field • Proven experience working with Cloud solutions • Knowledge of Cloud architecture • Experience with Cloud solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) from major cloud providers—particularly Azure. Experience with Google Cloud and AWS is a plus • Intermediate to Advanced English.
