📋 Description

• Implement and administer Windows Server operating systems • Administer Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NTP, File Services, DFS, and Failover Clustering • Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms • Provision, tune, and troubleshoot virtual machines • Configure HA/DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, templates, and datastores • Implement, operate, and maintain enterprise storage and SAN environments • Ensure data performance, resilience, and security • Manage infrastructure capacity and performance for servers and storage • Automate tasks using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible • Plan, implement, and support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions • Perform upgrades, migrations, patching, and automation • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge bases • Administer containerization environments in AKS

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record administering Microsoft Windows Server environments, storage, and SANs • Experience with virtualization using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V • Proven experience implementing and supporting mission-critical environments • Advanced English proficiency • Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTP • Knowledge of File Services, DFS, and Failover Clustering • Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, HA/DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, templates, and datastores • Experience with enterprise block, file, and object storage and SAN technologies, including zoning, LUNs, multipathing, HBAs, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel (FC) • Experience managing server and storage capacity and performance • Experience with PowerShell; Terraform and Ansible are preferred • Experience with on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, upgrades, migrations, patching, and automation • Experience creating technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge bases • Experience with AKS is desirable • Education: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree/technical diploma, postgraduate degree, or MBA
