📋 Description

• Support and assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and GDPR legal counsel in bringing entities into compliance with, and maintaining compliance with, personal data protection regulations • Participate in the analysis of projects involving the processing of personal data and help identify applicable compliance requirements • Prepare or contribute to maintaining compliance documentation, including records of processing activities, risk assessments, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), data maps, and more • Assist the DPO and legal counsel in handling personal data protection requests, particularly data subject rights requests and internal inquiries • Monitor audit assignments conducted across the Group to verify the compliance of processing activities and the operational effectiveness of implemented measures • Contribute to drafting and updating privacy notices, procedures, policies, contractual clauses, and other data governance documents • Participate in monitoring relationships with data processors and analyzing the data protection safeguards they provide • Contribute to awareness-raising and training initiatives for employees to promote a data protection culture across the Group • Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring of issues related to personal data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, including the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act, CNIL recommendations, and the AI Act

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (four or five years of higher education) or equivalent, at a minimum • Enrolled in a legal program and/or a program specializing in information and communications technology law (ICT law) • Good knowledge of the GDPR and other regulations relating to personal data protection • Interest in and knowledge of AI and its regulatory framework • Curious, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team • Strong writing skills and the ability to work independently
