📋 Description

• Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts for RTS International within Malaysia • Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics, including solicitation, client referrals, networking, agent relationships, SEO lead generation, and related methods • Present and explain complex financial products and their intended value to prospective clients • Build and maintain international customer relationships through phone and in-person visits • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals • Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on new business • Collaborate regularly with agent partners • Follow up on sales leads and client referrals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of business development experience • Experience selling within Malaysia • English business proficiency required • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in-person • Self-driven with proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Must be able to travel within Malaysia without restrictions • Up to 50% travel required • Ideally located in Kuala Lumpur or Forest City • Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers is a plus
