📋 Description

• Design and build scalable web applications with integrated AI capabilities • Propose, review, and implement user stories and bugs • Define and uphold coding standards • Contribute to code reviews • Mentor Developer I team members • Apply SDLC best practices and design patterns • Translate the Product Owner’s vision into technical plans and execute them with the development team • Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt • Participate in recruitment activities, including second-stage technical interviews • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices • Share relevant technology insights with the team

🎯 Requirements

• College or University degree/diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent) • 7+ years of proven experience developing web applications, REST APIs, and SaaS products • At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions • Strong understanding and application of SOLID and DDD principles • Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, SPA (Angular), SQL Server, and Azure DevOps • Experience integrating AI and Generative AI capabilities into web applications • Experience developing intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, copilots, chat interfaces, and workflow automation • Experience integrating applications with LLM APIs and AI platforms • Experience implementing RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector databases, MCP development, and enterprise knowledge sources • Experience designing prompts, agent workflows, and tool integrations • Ability to evaluate AI responses for accuracy, reliability, performance, security, and cost • Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset • Excellent communication skills in English, including speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension
