📋 Description

• Own the BI layer and lead the transition from traditional dashboard reporting to action-oriented, AI-enabled analytics • Partner with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations on insights involving ARR, pipeline performance, unit economics, and customer retention • Rebuild the BI function’s operating model from reactive dashboard creation to proactive business partnership • Own KPI definitions and establish a trusted single source of truth for executive leadership and the Board • Implement an AI-enabled analytics layer for automated insight generation, anomaly detection, and self-service analytics • Mentor and develop 3 BI Analysts • Partner with a dedicated Programme Manager to execute the analytics roadmap • Assess current reporting cadence, data usage, trust gaps, and team capabilities • Introduce structure and reposition the team as analytical partners

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience running a BI function • Experience building and improving BI functions and raising standards • Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale • Experience with automation, insight generation, and self-service analytics • Ability to define KPIs and establish governance and a single source of truth • Commercial mindset and ability to work with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Ability to review analytical logic and challenge assumptions • Ability to identify analytical issues without writing SQL day to day • Leadership and people-development experience • Experience earning trust with executive stakeholders • Demonstrated experience delivering a prior BI transformation
