📋 Description

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for FMCG clients • Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI • Analyze data to identify trends and insights and use them to inform strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices • Provide recommendations for performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience • Prior experience working with FMCG clients • Based in South-East Asia • Detail-oriented personality style • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear and direct communication style • Good team communication habits • Proactive in asking questions and for requirements • Able and willing to respectfully challenge management • Can work with a mix of part-time and full-time team members • Comfortable with a small team and the volatility of startups • Open to a part-time arrangement right away
