📋 Description

• As a Data Management Consultant, you'll play a key role with our clients. • You'll develop strategies to maximize their data value and advise on data management. • You'll collaborate directly with both our team of consultants and your clients, working together to identify the organization's data needs and translate them into understandable and workable solutions. • You'll be involved in all phases of the project, from specifying the request to ensuring the solution is successfully implemented within the organization. • Gather information needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions; • Analyze and model existing data landscapes, data sources, and data flows; • Develop ETL processes to access, transform, and load data from various sources; • Design and implement scalable data models and database structures; • Build data pipelines for analytics and machine learning applications; • Support the preparation of technical documentation and advisory reports; • Test and optimize data processes and solutions; • Contribute to workshops and training to support the implementation of data platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; • You speak fluent Dutch and English; • Appropriate experience in data management and digital transformation projects; • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel; • Excellent knowledge of data-driven processes, data governance, and data quality; • Experience with master data management and developing data architectures; • A good sense of humor; • A team player with leadership qualities and the ability to coach and guide others; • A creative mindset, enabling you to devise innovative solutions for complex issues; • Experience modeling complex business issues; • PowerPoint holds no secrets for you!
