📋 Description

• Technically lead strategic security projects, defining architectures and corporate cybersecurity protection standards • Assess technology risks associated with new initiatives and serve as an internal consultant on complex matters • Promote innovation and the adoption of new protection technologies by developing strategies for technological and maturity advancement • Influence corporate security decisions by maintaining baselines, hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks), and driving the structural remediation of vulnerabilities confirmed through Red Team/White Team testing • Provide technical guidance to analysts and coordinators in IAM/PAM, cloud security, data protection, detection and response, and AI Security • Represent the organization with vendors, auditors, and specialized technical forums • Ensure adherence to applicable standards, policies, and regulatory requirements • Support root cause analysis of significant incidents and the definition of solutions for highly complex problems • Contribute to the production of technical evidence and the resolution of findings from internal and external audits and regulatory reviews • Systematically absorb project handovers and support the technological evolution of security engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Strong technical experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity, serving as a subject-matter expert in one or more SecOps domains • Experience working in large-scale corporate environments • Advanced technical expertise in IAM/PAM/MFA, EDR/XDR, SSE, Cloud Security, ITDR, data protection, and SIEM/SOAR integrations • Experience in vulnerability management, hardening (CIS Benchmarks), incident response, and security architecture • Proficiency in NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK • Knowledge of BACEN regulations, CMN Resolution No. 5,274, and Brazil’s LGPD • Strong technical communication and influencing skills, with a track record of leading projects and defining standards • CISSP, OSCP, GIAC (GCIH/GCIA/GPEN), CCSP, and platform certifications are desirable • Experience in the financial services industry is a significant advantage
