• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and artists to develop and implement gameplay systems and features in Unreal Engine 5 • Focus on UI design and implementation • Prototype, iterate, and refine mechanics, interactions, and player experiences for an immersive VR flight simulation • Create and maintain technical design documentation, visual scripting solutions, and scalable gameplay frameworks • Identify design and implementation challenges • Develop practical, performant solutions across disciplines that meet creative and technical goals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Designer on Unreal Engine projects, with a solid understanding of UI design • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 • Blueprint scripting ability • Ability to bridge design and engineering teams • Experience prototyping and implementing gameplay features from concept through production • Focus on usability, player experience, and iteration • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience developing VR titles • Understanding of design, interaction, and performance considerations for immersive experiences • Exposure to flight simulation, vehicle gameplay, or other complex systemic gameplay projects
