📋 Description

• Design and ship AI-driven detection features from prototype to production • Build data enrichment pipelines extracting structured information from messy financial transaction data • Research fraud and scam typologies relevant to older adults and translate them into scalable detection logic • Build reproducible evaluations using test sets, metrics, and error analysis • Investigate user-reported or production issues, identify root causes, and ship fixes • Optimize AI pipelines for accuracy, latency, and cost through model and architecture tradeoffs • Work with Customer Care, Go-to-Market, and partner-facing teams to understand user needs • Track developments in LLMs and agents and identify practical applications • Own features end to end, from problem understanding through implementation, deployment, and performance measurement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python skills, with experience building data pipelines and production systems • Hands-on experience building LLM applications in production, including prompting, structured outputs, context management, and provider SDKs and APIs • Comfort deploying and operating applications on a cloud platform • Ability to set up evaluations, read precision and recall, and perform error analysis • Track record of owning work end to end without close supervision • Curiosity about the US financial system, money movement between accounts, and scam methods • Ability to reason about ambiguity and build context-sensitive systems • Clear written and verbal communication in English • AWS experience with Lambda, CDK, Bedrock, Redshift, and DynamoDB is a strong plus • Experience with LLM observability and tracing tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith is a strong plus • Background in fraud detection, fintech, or risk and compliance is a strong plus • Experience with financial transaction data such as ACH, Zelle, wires, and card payments is a strong plus • Experience working with regulated institutions such as banks is a strong plus • Experience with regulated industries or bank partners is nice to have • Exposure to elder care, aging-in-place, or financial vulnerability research is nice to have • Background in data science or ML beyond LLMs, including statistical modeling and anomaly detection, is nice to have • Must be physically located in Argentina
