📋 Description

• Own high-impact Calendar features from first idea to production • Create robust, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions with a builder mindset and product-focused approach • Own delivery of complex, user-facing Calendar features across the full stack • Partner with Product to understand customer needs, define upcoming features, and identify problems proactively • Build across the full stack using technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Python • Identify opportunities to refactor and make broader codebase improvements • Collaborate with QA, Security, and Data when appropriate • Work through ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality solutions at pace

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with hands-on Ruby on Rails expertise • A track record of independently delivering complex features to production in a customer-facing web application, and owning them after launch • Production experience with Ember.js or React and their ecosystems, plus a willingness to pick up new frameworks and platforms • Solid understanding of APIs, SQL, web application architecture, observability, and reliability, and good judgment in choosing the right approach • Clear, proactive communication and collaboration skills working with remote, cross-functional teams on GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Zoom • Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code in your daily workflow • High agency and a growth mindset. You take ownership of quality and reliability and do well on a fast-moving team • Bonus: Experience with web application security, or with PCI or HIPAA compliance • Bonus: Production troubleshooting and infrastructure experience with Docker, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, NGINX, AWS, Linux, Terraform/Ansible • Bonus: Share a link to something you built using AI, including the AI tools used and what you would do differently next time
