The service emphasizes measurable grade improvement and stress reduction with features like topic quizzes, sample essays, experiment notes, and teacher/school-facing offerings.

📋 Description

• Own the mobile app end-to-end, including architecture, performance, release process, and roadmap • Lead and mentor the two existing mobile engineers • Set technical direction and raise the bar for mobile engineering quality • Partner on engineering strategy and product direction involving growth, onboarding, and retention • Drive native-feel polish through smooth animations, responsive interactions, and platform-specific conventions • Ship features in a PLG/A/B testing environment, instrument results, measure impact, and iterate quickly • Own app store presence and release cadence, including versioning, store optimization, and crash/performance monitoring • Potentially help grow a dedicated mobile team as the app becomes a larger part of the business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with native iOS development • Proficiency in Swift • Proven experience building and shipping consumer-grade iOS applications • Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit • Familiarity with iOS frameworks and tools such as Combine and push notifications • Experience with App Store deployment • Experience with Xcode, XCTest, TestFlight, and App Store Connect • Experience with common iOS architecture and state management patterns • Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and crash monitoring • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams • Objective-C experience is a bonus • Android development with Kotlin is a bonus
