📋 Description

• Lead Simprints’ strategic partnerships team to turn relationships and evidence into funded programs • Own high-impact partnership opportunities with ministries, multilaterals, and funders from first conversation through signature • Shape solutions, build trust, and guide positioning, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contracting • Work closely with product, delivery, and MEI teams to align promises with delivery • Own the pipeline and forecast, maintain CRM hygiene, define stages and exit criteria, qualify opportunities, manage financial risks, and optimize cross-team processes • Build relationships and establish account-management practices, feedback loops, success plans, and shared KPIs • Translate market signals into product roadmaps, pricing strategies, implementation readiness, and scalable commercial models • Build and support a high-performing team through hiring, onboarding, standards, playbooks, deal reviews, post-mortems, coaching, and culture-building • Achieve three to five contract wins in the first 12–18 months with implementation plans and measurable outcomes • Establish a predictable, inspection-ready pipeline with conversion benchmarks and forecast accuracy within ±10–15% • Develop partnerships with two new Ministries of Health with clear fundraising targets • Report to the Chief Strategy Officer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of partnerships, business development, or fundraising experience in global health • Record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Direct engagement with Ministries of Health and major funders in LMICs • Familiarity with procurement, program design, and decision cycles • Strong commercial rigour, including pipeline qualification, forecasting, CRM discipline, and deal reviews • Ability to translate program and data evidence into value propositions tied to coverage, accountability, and cost-effectiveness • Comfort working with technical products in digital health • Ability to translate partner needs into solution outlines and explain integrations, data flows, and privacy in plain language • Previous M&E experience is an optional plus • Strong experience working within Africa and understanding of the stakeholder landscape, particularly partnerships and stakeholder engagement • Applicants must not currently be employed by a Ministry of Health or government agency
