📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Integrations contact for Singular's partners and an Integrations escalation resource for internal teams. • Prepare project/specification plans for integration requests and deploy them using internal tools. • Work with R&D on releasing more complex specifications. • Investigate operational issues alongside Data Operations to improve integration stability. • Collaborate with Support to distinguish integration issues from client implementation errors. • Improve the Knowledge Base with partner-specific information. • Contribute significantly to the growth and development of the Integration team's competency. • Work with new partners to expand the Singular ecosystem while improving and maintaining existing integrations. • Optimize processes and reduce the time from initial request to integration implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Tech/B.Sc/B.E or equivalent practical experience. • 4+ years working in an external-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services Consultant. • 2+ years working with mobile / online advertising technology and general knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem. • Knowledge of HTTP trace/debugging tools and setting up testing endpoints for debugging network calls, such as Google DevTools, Charles, or Fiddler. • Experience working with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman. • Ability to read code in a common programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP. • Understanding of database structures and ability to use SQL to gather insights. • Excellent project management skills. • Self-starter able to learn complex concepts with minimal assistance. • Portuguese and English fluency. • Advantage: experience in Mobile App Advertising. • Advantage: experience with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, or Zendesk. • Advantage: knowledge of Android/iOS SDKs and their usage.
