📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Java • Develop, optimize, and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs • Design and implement microservices-based solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Resolve complex performance and security issues • Conduct code reviews, identify improvements, and ensure coding standards • Collaborate with software architects to define standards and best practices • Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers • Identify opportunities to apply AI to products, processes, and internal workflows • Ensure best practices in security, observability, performance, and scalability • Promote software development and engineering standards • Contribute to the advancement of engineering maturity, automation, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development (Java 8+; Java 11 or later) • Advanced proficiency in the Spring Framework ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with integration patterns and asynchronous communication • Knowledge of event-driven architecture • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or similar) • Knowledge of data modeling and query optimization • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent technologies • Knowledge of integration between enterprise systems and external APIs • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools • Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in production environments • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture • Experience with code reviews and software engineering practices • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support the software development lifecycle • Ability to use AI for requirements analysis and refinement, solution modeling, code generation and review, test creation and automation, technical documentation, and analysis of technical impacts and risks • Knowledge of integration with generative AI APIs and services • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated responses, ensuring quality, security, and alignment with business needs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Ability to lead discussions with business, product, and technology teams • Strong negotiation and expectation-management skills • Ability to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions • Customer- and business-value-oriented mindset • Critical thinking for evaluating risks, impacts, and opportunities • Ability to influence decisions without relying on formal authority • Act as a technical reference within the team
