They provide installation, training, customer service and financing to small, medium and large farms across multiple countries, enabling clean cooking, thermal and mechanical/electrical uses of biogas while supporting regenerative agriculture and carbon mitigation.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical operations across a region comprising multiple hubs or field offices • Manage Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees • Drive biodigester installations according to global quality standards • Manage regional collaboration between technical, commercial, and credit teams • Oversee regional technical training programs • Manage large system installations under a clearly defined PMP program • Own overall technical KPIs for the region • Ensure team adherence to health and safety standards • Conduct installation quality control audits • Coordinate and organize team training sessions • Lead hiring of technical team members

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural, Biology, or Chemistry • 2-3 years experience managing team and field operations • Good computer skills, including Word and Excel • Basic skills using databases such as Salesforce • Biogas experience preferred • Good team management skills • Good planning skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred
