Sistema. bio is a company that designs, manufactures and deploys prefabricated modular biodigesters and associated biogas appliances to convert animal and organic waste into renewable biogas and organic biofertilizer. They provide installation, training, customer service and financing to small, medium and large farms across multiple countries, enabling clean cooking, thermal and mechanical/electrical uses of biogas while supporting regenerative agriculture and carbon mitigation.

📋 Description

• Build, support, and expand technical operations through partners • Lead technical operations and build partner capacity • Train and certify partner technical teams, including technicians • Conduct data training and provide ongoing operational support • Conduct site visits and monitor partner technical team performance • Verify installation standards and ensure bio-fertilizer tank safety and adherence to Safety Standards • Oversee stock levels, inbound inventory, and warehousing accuracy • Ensure forecasting and prudent stock management practices are implemented by partners • Coordinate carbon program monitoring milestones, including surveys, digital monitoring installations, and data collection • Ensure timely and accurate partner data collection and support carbon data collection and reporting • Manage partner relationships and address partner concerns and improvement areas • Participate in shared-purpose events with partners to promote brand awareness • Drive partner and product user Net Promoter Scores above 50 by gathering feedback and informing improvements • Support government interactions and provide context about Sistema.bio to achieve favorable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, Agriculture, renewable energy, operations management, or a related field • 3–5 years of general experience • Minimum of 1 year of operational, team management, leadership, and coordination experience • Partner relationship experience • Project Management experience • Experience in field-based or site installations • Based in Malawi • Willingness to occasionally travel within Malawi or out of the country
