⢠Drive Sales Growth by accelerate sales revenue within the automotive and assigned account customer base, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets in the region ⢠Manage identified key accounts within the territory, fostering relationships to enhance sales growth and client retention ⢠Present product offerings and services to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at strategic accounts with a polished, professional approach to support account growth ⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support on commercial topics, including handling PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and other inquiries ⢠Lead and participate in annual supplier negotiations to ensure alignment with customer and company goals ⢠Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to the company, offering insights on competitor moves and suggesting new product ideas or enhancements based on customer needs ⢠Maintain and update customer data in the CRM (Salesforce) accurately, tracking sales opportunities, design-ins, design wins, and production status to support the sales pipeline ⢠Prepare and provide precise business forecasts for use in capacity planning, resource allocation, and sales strategy prioritization ⢠Collaborate with internal resources, including engineers and management, to ensure customer requirements are met and to enhance overall account satisfaction
⢠Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills ⢠Knowledge of the automotive industry ⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills ⢠Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities ⢠Fluency in German for the DACH region ⢠Experience with semiconductor with analog or timing products is a plus ⢠Master degree in Engineering required
