📋 Description

• Build and operate OpenShift clusters, including updates and expansions, both on-premises and in the cloud. • Provide container storage and develop backup/restore procedures. • Manage cluster networking (ingress, egress, network policies, PKI) and implement security standards according to NIST and BSI IT-Grundschutz. • Use Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and work with DevOps technologies (ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize, CI/CD pipelines). • Support developer and operations teams in using the platform and coach internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of OpenShift with specialization in cluster deployment, maintenance, and scaling. • Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), observability, logging, and image registries. • Experience with RBAC and Active Directory or LDAP integration. • Confident handling of Linux systems and common automation tools. • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
