📋 Description

• Actively acquire new dealerships and aftersales partners through on-site visits • Build personal relationships with existing customers • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms for long-term partnerships • Manage the sales territory across Northern Germany • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs • Analyze and evaluate sales KPIs • Identify new business opportunities and revenue potential • Implement recommended action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification, or a degree in business administration • Demonstrable success in dealerships, aftersales, or at an OEM, ideally in a field sales role • Strong hunter mentality and enthusiasm for proactive customer acquisition • Willingness to travel • Class B driving license • Excellent knowledge of sales tools, ideally Salesforce • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluent in German and English
