📋 Description

• Take operational and strategic responsibility as Branch Manager for the building construction and industrial construction divisions • Acquire new construction projects and maintain and expand existing customer relationships • Monitor and manage project execution with regard to costs, schedules, quality, and occupational safety • Plan budgets, control costs, and ensure the profitability of all projects • Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and construction industry standards • Work closely with internal departments and external partners, including planners and subcontractors • Further develop and implement business strategies to increase the branch’s market presence and competitiveness

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a senior position in building or industrial construction, ideally as a Branch Manager, Senior Construction Manager, or in a similar role with equivalent responsibility • In-depth knowledge of construction execution, project control, and contract law, including VOB/BGB • Proven success in acquiring and delivering major construction projects • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities • Willingness to take responsibility and make entrepreneurial decisions • Good knowledge of construction and planning software as well as MS Office
