📋 Description
• Develop Solid State Transformers for Datacenters. • Lead electronics and product architecture development. • Work as a subject matter expert in customer projects. • Drive company’s technology and product roadmap development. • Lead and plan research projects. • Support and mentor junior team members. • Drive electronics development process and tool development.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong analog and digital electronics design expertise (simulation, schematics, layout, EMC, thermal design, functional safety). • Experience with product testing, qualification, and relevant standards. • Proven electronics architecture design experience. • Technical leadership and project ownership experience. • Full product development lifecycle experience in automotive or similar industries. • Good knowledge of electronics development tools and processes. • Experience with electronics industrialization, EMS suppliers, and production test systems. • Background in power electronics and energy storage applications. • MSc or PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
