📋 Description

• Analyze court proceedings and documents related to civil litigation expert services • Review contracts, bank statements, financial statements, and accounting records • Perform calculations, reconciliations, financial analyses, and calculation schedules • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential irregularities • Prepare expert reports, technical opinions, technical reports, and responses to court questions • Organize documents, evidence, and information to support conclusions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) • Experience in forensic accounting or civil litigation analysis • Knowledge of general, financial, and asset accounting • Proficiency in financial calculations, reconciliations, and calculation schedules • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills • Basic knowledge of procedural law applicable to forensic accounting • Experience preparing expert reports, opinions, and technical reports • Strong technical writing skills and ability to interpret legal and accounting documents • Experience managing case requests and procedural deadlines • Preferred: experience in a forensic accounting, accounting, auditing, or consulting firm • Preferred: experience serving as an expert witness or technical assistant in court proceedings • Preferred: knowledge of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure as it applies to expert services • Preferred: proficiency in Brazilian Accounting Standards related to forensic accounting activities • Preferred: knowledge of electronic court systems such as PJe and e-SAJ • Preferred: experience with court-awarded calculations, monetary adjustments, and interest calculations
