📋 Description

• Support the gathering and understanding of client needs • Map processes, activities, responsibilities, business rules, and areas for improvement • Create and configure processes, forms, stages, rules, automations, and approval workflows • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of processes on platforms such as Pipefy, Zeev, and other BPM tools • Perform adjustments, testing, user acceptance testing, and validation with users • Support the administration and management of the platforms used by clients • Provide functional support to users by answering questions and resolving process-related difficulties • Create documentation, manuals, procedures, and support materials • Support training sessions and presentations for users and business teams • Track tickets, requests, deadlines, and project deliverables • Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement • Work collaboratively with technical teams, project managers, and business-area professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields • Basic knowledge of process mapping and management • Knowledge of or experience with BPM platforms such as Pipefy, Zeev, or similar tools • Ability to understand business rules and translate them into structured workflows • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests • Analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable interacting with clients and users from different business areas • Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC, or other process-mapping techniques • Experience creating forms, automations, integrations, and conditional rules • Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Trello, or similar tools • Experience in customer service, functional support, or systems implementation • Basic knowledge of APIs, artificial intelligence, or platform integration • English (Level 2)
