📋 Description

• Enter vendor invoices from purchasing and receiving into the company’s internal software • Enter all invoices into QuickBooks accurately and on time • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records • Verify pricing, quantities, and vendor information • Identify and report discrepancies or missing information • Maintain organized digital records • Work closely with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams • Follow established accounting and data-entry procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using QuickBooks (required) • Previous experience in accounting, invoicing, or data entry • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents • Highly organized and process-driven • Reliable and consistent
