• Respond to customer messages on Instagram, Whatnot, email, and other platforms • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience • Assist customers with: Shipping updates, Order questions, Missing packages, Product inquiries, Repack information • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally • Track orders and organize customer information • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues • Communicate updates clearly with the VividSportsVault team • Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support requests • Handle inbound customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-ups • Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in all customer interactions • Manage and maintain basic social media presence (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.), including responding to comments/messages and helping keep pages active and customer-focused
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear American accent • Previous customer service experience preferred • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once • Comfortable using Instagram, Whatnot, email platforms, and online systems • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and respond in a timely manner • Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Etc.) • Experience with e-commerce or online customer support is a plus • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
