📋 Description

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals • Turn concepts, stories, and ideas into engaging content plans • Own the content production process from concept through publication • Manage content production workflows and publishing schedules • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of video editors and content creators • Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met • Review, approve, and provide feedback on content before publication • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Analyze content metrics including engagement, watch time, audience retention, and reach • Identify opportunities to grow social media accounts and audience engagement • Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align content with company objectives • Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media content and content production teams • Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video content • Advanced video editing skills • Ability to take a vision, concept, or story and transform it into compelling content • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of video editors • Experience managing remote creative teams • Strong understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics • Experience growing social media accounts and audiences • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously • Experience with social media advertising is a plus • Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
