📋 Description

• Lead and manage a high-volume portfolio of accounting clients • Serve as the key point of contact for clients • Ensure quality, timely service delivery and accurate billings • Manage client relationships and client satisfaction and retention • Plan work effectively and provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff • Oversee deliverables across corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, MPF, immigration, mailroom, and nominee director services • Apply accounting frameworks and Hong Kong financial reporting and regulatory requirements • Understand client operations, processes, and business objectives • Review and/or prepare management accounts, schedules, profits tax computations, payroll reports, employer’s returns, and statutory filings • Provide basic consultancy advice on accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters • Prepare unaudited/group unaudited financial statements and profits tax returns accurately • Maintain professional standards and strict client confidentiality • Participate in video, technical, behavioral, and reference-check stages • Complete required background screening with consent

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience working with a portfolio of international clients • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/Mandarin and English • Recognised degree/diploma in Accountancy • ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent qualification preferred • 5–7 years of relevant experience for candidates who are not or not yet professionally certified; 2–3 years for professionally certified candidates • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications • Experience with cloud accounting software; Xero experience is a definite plus, preferably at least one year • Experience with productivity software • Self-motivated, positive, proactive, and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Must be based in Malaysia with a suitable home workspace and reliable high-speed internet • Must possess the legal right to work in Malaysia; employment pass sponsorship is unavailable • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hong Kong/Malaysia time
