📋 Description

• Review individual KYC exceptions and complete identification/verification within agreed SLAs • Complete corporate shareholder KYC reviews accurately and within agreed SLAs • Ensure KYC decisions and supporting documentation are complete and appropriately recorded • Independently approve low- and medium-risk client cases within SLA • Assess higher-risk cases and provide recommendations to the Head of Compliance • Review name screening alerts and determine false positives versus potential true hits requiring escalation • Review transaction monitoring alerts and determine whether they can be closed or require further investigation • Document and escalate screening and monitoring decisions where required • Review Compliance policies, tools and processes and identify improvement opportunities • Work with the Head of Compliance to improve the efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of compliance operations • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI in compliance workflows and decision-making • Complete one-way video, technical and behavioural interviews and undergo professional reference verification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Experience in a role involving analysis, judgement and/or risk assessment; previous Compliance experience is not strictly required • Experience using AI tools in the workplace, ideally including experimentation with or practical exposure to agentic AI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to assess information, identify risks and make sound decisions • Ability to work with data and technology and learn new systems quickly • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to explain decisions and recommendations clearly • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment • Structured thinking and sound judgement • Attention to detail • Requirement to consent to applicable background checks, which may verify education, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy or adverse credit history
