• Drive business growth through data-driven product strategies across the customer lifecycles. • Develop and optimize campaign mechanics to increase user engagement and participation rate. • Enhance website UI/UX and customer journey flow to improve retention and overall experience. • Lead, train, and develop team members to strengthen capability and performance delivery. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product execution.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Campaign, CRM, or related roles within digital or online industries. • Fluent/ Native in Thai and English (spoken and written). • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product, campaign, and customer data. • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory. • Familiarity with product analytics, CRM, or campaign management tools. • Experience managing or mentoring team members. • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle models, engagement mechanics, and retention strategies.
