📋 Description

• Manage a team of software engineers to deliver products to customers • Oversee the development and success of one or more products • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve quality software • Collaborate with product management, UX, customer teams, and other company partners • Establish lean engineering processes using collaboration and rapid iteration • Hire and grow the team by promoting engineering excellence and career development • Report to an Engineering Director

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years managing software engineering teams • Deep software development skills in at least one systems development language, such as Java, Go, C++, or Python • Experience with modern technology stacks • Experience building scalable, highly available customer-facing cloud applications • Experience with distributed systems, systems automation, or cloud technologies • Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis • Proficiency in English is required
