📋 Description

• Support go-to-market teams as a product subject matter expert when taking new products and features to market • Empower internal teams and customers to effectively use the Smartsheet product suite and associated best practices • Anticipate future customer needs and guide strategic readiness planning for new features and products • Support cross-functional product readiness initiatives from planning through launch • Lead product launch workstreams within Product Officer and Council Programs • Drive progress, maintain meeting cadences, and manage agendas, action items, and follow-ups • Develop and present GTM and readiness strategies to executive and senior stakeholders • Represent GTM team needs and influence product decisions • Build and iterate internal documentation, customer-facing assets, and training materials • Develop and implement readiness programs that enhance customer value, drive adoption, and support business growth • Identify readiness gaps, recommend solutions, and improve SOPs, tooling, and processes • Build AI-powered workflows and scalable programs with stakeholders, data, and long-term customer value in mind • Report to a senior leader in Product Readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and/or running a program that includes changes to process, people and technology • Proven track record of using technical tools and systems to manage resources, capacity, and cross-functional workflows at scale • Experience communicating and presenting to customers, internal partners, and executives • Experience analyzing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and/or managing risk • Experience working with and developing AI-powered solutions and workflows, including Claude/Claude Cowork • Ability to manage and facilitate meetings to develop plans and achieve intended outcomes • Ability to influence and/or drive consensus among cross-functional teams • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity
