📋 Description

• Work across front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, and test automation • Drive high standards for internal services and maintained open-source tooling and libraries • Frequently deploy service and infrastructure changes in a lean agile environment using full CI/CD • Contribute to idea generation, customer engagement, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and operational excellence • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and UX researchers • Mentor junior engineers while balancing customer delivery with coding, service, and cloud infrastructure standards • Apply different problem-solving approaches and validate ideas • Define success for yourself, the team, and features conceived, built, and shipped • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Java • Familiar with algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices • Experience with distributed systems at scale • Understanding of event-driven architecture principles, advantages, and limitations • Hands-on experience with Kinesis, Kafka, or similar technologies • Experience with Java • Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis • Fluency in English is required • Experience improving large-scale event processing systems is desirable • Experience with database log streams such as MS-SQL Transaction Logs and MySQL Bin Logs is desirable • Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Flink, Spark, or other is desirable • Squad lead or team lead experience is desirable
