📋 Description

• Advise customers by phone and in writing on comparing loan offers • Support customers from initial contact through contract signing • Assist customers throughout all stages of the loan application process • Analyze customer needs and connect them with suitable loan offers • Work without cold calling, as customers have actively submitted their details to smava • Use modern communication tools and partners’ digital contracting options • Participate in comprehensive onboarding, coaching, and professional development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail sales • Excellent communication skills and an open, professional manner on the phone • Highly reliable and committed approach to work • Motivation to develop professionally • Completed commercial training is preferred • Willingness to advise customers by phone and in writing • Resume, preferably in PDF format, as part of the application
