📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments • Handle patient check-in and check-out • Verify patient information and dental insurance eligibility • Assist with insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, and patient balances • Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances • Coordinate appointment reminders and patient follow-ups • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Communicate with patients, dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements • Support general administrative and front-desk operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative professional in US dental practice • Strong knowledge of dental office workflows, scheduling, and terminology • Experience with dental insurance verification • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with computers and dental practice management systems • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Experience with dental insurance verification and claims-related processes • Experience using dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, or similar platforms • Previous experience working remotely in a dental setting (Must Have)
