⢠Review and ensure all HHA files meet compliance and regulatory requirements ⢠Verify medical documentation, including physicals, PPD/Quantiferon, immunizations, and other required clearances ⢠Maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange accurately and in a timely manner ⢠Monitor compliance expirations and proactively follow up with caregivers for renewals ⢠Communicate with caregivers to collect missing documentation and ensure timely completion ⢠Coordinate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to start cases ⢠Assist with audits and ensure readiness for DOH and internal compliance reviews ⢠Track and report compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies ⢠Ensure all documentation is properly uploaded and maintained in the system
⢠Prior experience in home care compliance required ⢠Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange ⢠Knowledge of HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation ⢠Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) required ⢠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment ⢠Excellent communication and follow-up skills ⢠Self-starter with a proactive and motivated work ethic.
