⢠Proven prior experience as a Medical Receptionist ⢠HIPAA certification (mandatory) ⢠Strong experience with: Call handling ⢠Appointment scheduling ⢠Patient registration and data accuracy ⢠Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) ⢠High attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information
