• You're top-class in sales. • You develop creative outreach campaigns that speak to our target audience — SME decision-makers — in a relevant and inventive way. • You independently conduct discovery calls with prospective customers and qualify opportunities. • You identify partners who serve the same target groups but are not competitors. • Together with us, you find ways to accelerate outreach, research and follow-ups using AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, outreach, or partnership management — you are not a junior, but a professional. • You think in win-win terms and have a talent for bringing the right people together. • You are confident using HubSpot or comparable CRM systems. • You have initial experience with AI and a real appetite to dive deeper. • You don't wait for instructions — you see what needs to be done and take initiative.
