📋 Description

• Design and deliver impact measurement frameworks for impact investors, blended finance facilities, agribusinesses, and government counterparts • Develop results chains, theories of change, and indicator sets for IDF and ICVC engagements • Conduct primary and secondary data collection, analysis, and reporting to investor-grade standards • Package measurement outputs as standalone deliverables • Identify and convert standalone measurement mandates, including fund impact reporting, programme evaluations, and baseline/endline studies • Advise clients on impact measurement frameworks including IRIS+, IMP, GIIRS, and equivalents • Synthesise findings and evidence across Accelerator engagements into consolidated intelligence • Build and maintain a knowledge base of reusable frameworks, datasets, case studies, and sector-specific evidence • Identify portfolio patterns related to client conversion, intervention returns, and geographic traction • Produce quarterly intelligence briefs with portfolio-level insights and strategic implications • Own donor and tender intelligence, including a structured weekly digest of funding opportunities • Build and maintain sales collateral such as sector evidence packs, impact data sheets, and proof-of-concept case studies • Conduct competitive landscape analysis and track market trends in impact finance and value chain development • Support proposal development with data, evidence, and impact methodology sections • Report to the Director

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation, or related analytical roles, with a significant portion in a commercial or advisory context • Demonstrated experience delivering impact measurement as a client-facing service • Familiarity with the impact investing and development finance landscape • Experience synthesising evidence across multiple programmes or geographies into actionable insights • Track record of producing high-quality analytical outputs under time pressure to external standards • Experience building or managing knowledge systems in a professional services or advisory context • Fluency in impact measurement frameworks: IRIS+, IMP, DCED, GIIRS, and at least one results-chain methodology • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Comfort with survey data and financial models • Ability to translate complex evidence into clear, commercial-facing narratives • Experience with knowledge management • Comfort with AI-assisted knowledge tools, including document analysis, synthesis, and search across large bodies of material • English required • French or Portuguese an advantage • Candidates should be located within reasonable reach of a well-connected international airport • International travel will be required • Candidates must be available to work in the specified location • Submission of a CV and motivation letter required • Two referees and reference/background checks may be required • Staff, consultants, and partners are expected to uphold SNV’s safeguarding, child protection, ethical standards, and CARE principles
