📋 Description

• Drive implementation of country medical affairs activities in Hungary • Plan and execute KOL engagement, scientific data generation support and data dissemination • Build and maintain compliant scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic, payer and government stakeholders • Manage strategic scientific partnerships and scientific exchange • Support investigators involved in company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies • Participate in KOL engagement planning and maintain KOL plans and the medical CRM system • Serve as liaison between HCPs and Sobi Medical Affairs • Disseminate clinical and disease-related data through scientific communications, congresses, seminars and workshops • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries within defined timelines and quality standards • Conduct therapeutic training for Sales and Medical colleagues • Communicate medical insights to inform medical strategies and tactics • Provide scientific input to local medical and cross-functional initiatives • Support clinical research programs, registries and investigator-initiated research • Participate in or lead internal project teams • Maintain scientific knowledge, expertise in assigned disease areas and products, and awareness of relevant literature and regulations • Gather customer insights, opinions and feedback and share them internally

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a medical, scientific or related discipline • Demonstrated expertise in medical communication, scientific presentation and stakeholder engagement • Flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel frequently, approximately 30–50% of the time, primarily within Hungary • Fluent English • Availability to attend meetings on holidays and weekends with advance notice • Experience supporting pre-launch and launch activities • Experience building trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals • Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results on time and within budget • Strong therapeutic-area knowledge • Strategic thinking and analytical capability • Understanding of healthcare systems, patient access, and regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environments • Exceptional communication, networking, prioritisation and collaboration skills • High level of integrity and commitment to Sobi values and ethical standards • Clean and valid driver’s license
