📋 Description

• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van klanten in Nederland • Begeleiden van verwerkers van ramen en deuren bij grote projecten, maatwerk en complexe technische vraagstukken • Analyseren van problemen en samen met klanten geschikte oplossingen zoeken • Sobinco-oplossingen inzetten en nieuwe producten en toepassingen introduceren • Noden, knelpunten en verbeteringen detecteren via klantcontact • Marktinzichten vertalen naar concrete oplossingen en commerciële opportuniteiten • Samenwerken met Sales, R&D en kwaliteit om opportuniteiten op te volgen • Technische behoeften vertalen naar succesvolle oplossingen • Bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid van technisch advies en projectbegeleiding tot aftersales

🎯 Requirements

• MBO opleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Doorgedreven technische kennis • Ervaring in een bouw gerelateerde sector en een opgebouwd netwerk in deze sector is een troef • Ervaring in raam- en deurbeslag is een mooie plus • Ervaring in en kennis van een CRM systeem • Communicatief sterk • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands • Kennis van Engels is een must • Probleemoplossend • Zin voor initiatief • Autonoom kunnen werken
