📋 Description

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns from the ground up on a daily basis • Segment ICPs and develop Custom, Lookalike, and Matched Audiences • Calculate and manage budgets, frontloading, and bidding strategies • Conduct weekly ad account reviews with the team • Write headlines and body copy in German and English • Systematically A/B test copy, creatives, and CTAs • Build KPI dashboards and take ownership of conversion tracking, UTM structures, and lead attribution • Coordinate setup, QA, and launches • Document learnings after every test and ensure scalable campaign structures • Manage your own client portfolio and act as a sparring partner for B2B clients • Work in a squad with a Senior Consultant and take responsibility for the strategic execution of campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on paid advertising on LinkedIn or Meta • Hands-on experience launching campaigns, not just reviewing reports • Understanding of CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA, as well as the levers used to optimize them • Structured, data-driven approach to work • Willingness to critically evaluate assumptions • Deep interest in the LinkedIn and Meta platforms • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automations using Zapier • Ability to write headlines and body copy in German and English
